Before you continue to the application, please review our eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applying does not mean you’ve been accepted. All applications will be reviewed by a case manager, and additional information and documents may be requested.

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old as of date of application.

  • Applicant must be a legal guardian of a child attending one of the below schools in the target impact zone listed below:

    • ​Virgo Preparatory Academy

    • Freeman Elementary School

    • Snipes Elementary School

    • Gregory Elementary School

    • Williston Middle School

    • Forest Hills Elementary School

    • New Hanover High School

  • Income between 30% to 120% AMI (Area Median Income).

  • All fields must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

  • Applicant must submit all required documentation & sign the agreement to abide by the program guidelines.

Requisitos de Elegibilidad

Enviar una solicitud no garantiza la aceptación en el programa. Todas las solicitudes serán revisadas por un administrador de casos, y se puede requerir información o documentos adicionales.

  • El solicitante debe tener al menos 18 años de edad en la fecha de la solicitud.

  • El solicitante debe ser el tutor legal de un niño que asista a una de las siguientes escuelas dentro de la zona de impacto objetivo:

    • Virgo Preparatory Academy

    • Freeman Elementary School

    • Snipes Elementary School

    • Gregory Elementary School

    • Williston Middle School

    • Forest Hills Elementary School

    • New Hanover High School

  • Los ingresos del hogar deben estar entre el 30% y el 120% del Ingreso Medio del Área (AMI, por sus siglas en inglés).

  • Todos los campos de la solicitud deben completarse. Las solicitudes incompletas no serán aceptadas.

  • El solicitante debe presentar toda la documentación requerida y firmar el acuerdo para cumplir con las normas del programa.
